Overview

Detailed display

The symbol in the overview shows you whether road traffic, air freight or sea freight is involved. The order details can be called up using this symbol.

Icon Road traffic (European Logistics or Food Logistics)

Status display

The various symbols show the current consignment status.

Road transport:

Icon The consignment has been delivered.
Icon The consignment has been delivered. Further detailed information is available.
Icon The consignment is currently under delivery by a local delivery vehicle.
Icon The consignment is currently under delivery by a local delivery vehicle. Further detailed information is available.
Icon The consignment is currently in the transit warehouse.
Icon The consignment is currently in the transit warehouse. Further detailed information is available.
Icon The consignment is currently in the main carriage.
Icon The consignment is currently in the main carriage. Further detailed information is available.
Icon The consignment is not yet delivered or could not be delivered successfully. Further detailed information is available (e.g. consignee requires advice before delivery, acceptance refused or wrong consignee address).
Icon The consignment has been "abandoned" (e.g. cancellation).
Icon Connections between several consignments are displayed through the icon "reference orders". Example: From 3 packages only 2 are delivered. The next day the last package is delivered via an additional delivery. Instead of the single consignments this icon is displayed. In this way you can recognize at a glance that several consignments logically belong together.

Air freight and sea freight:

Icon The consignment has been delivered.
Icon The consignment has been delivered. Further detailed information is available.
Icon The consignment has no status yet.
Icon The consignment has been handed over to the carrier.Further detailed information is available.
Icon The consignment is still in main carriage. More detailed information is available (e.g. receive booking from shipper, the consignment has left the port of departure or the consignment is available at the port of destination).

If you touch a symbol for about 1 second with the mouse-pointer, the full status text and the contained detailed information are displayed.

Tooltip

Archive

Icon Using this symbol you have access to proofs of delivery and digital photos. In addition you can also access the archive systems of forwarding partners if the delivery does not take place through Dachser.

Your orders remain available for 180 days.

Favourites

By clicking on the asterisk you can add consignments to your favourites. Your favourites are found in a separate tab. Clicking on the asterisk again allows removal of the consignment from the favourites.

With the directlink function you can grant access to a particular consignment to a third party (e.g. consignee, colleagues, project partner). You have a choice between shipmentpointer directlink and the shipmentcontrol directlink. For security reasons the shipmentcontrol directlink is only available in encrypted form.

Use of tabs

The consignee address is fully displayed. If you wish to display all consignors in the overview, then you can do this by a click on the Consignor tab:

Also you can switch between consignor and consignee for individual consignments. To do this click on the consignor / consignee and the column is correspondingly shifted:

Here you can directly display all references under the preselected tab "All".The order, customer delivery note, purchase oprder, container and H-AWB/H-BL references can also be displayed individually. Under the tab "All", in addition to the above named references, the air and sea freight references invoice, lot and packing list numbers are still summarised.
